Q1. How long does it take to get candidates started?

 A1.   We require 24 Hours to vet candidates before placing them into work.


Q2. What if I am in need of emergency cover?

 A2.   We can provide emergency cover depending on notice given as a variable change in charge for the first day working day.


Q3. Can we see Candidates profiles?

 A3.   Yes, most definitely, this is on request basis only.


Q4. What can we do after a 12 week contract ends and we no longer require staff?

 A4.  That's fine; we require 1 week notice to terminate a contract.


Q5. Can we employ Absolute Services candidates direct whilst in contract term?

 Q5.  No, this is stated in the Business to Business terms and conditions.


Q6. What if I only need permanent staff?

 A6.   We have 3 types of contracts to which we supply, temp, temp to perm and permanent.


Q7. What geographical area do you cover?

 A7.   We cover the whole of the UK.


Q8. Do we have an assigned staff member to deal with our account?

 A8.   Yes we have a dedicated Business Development Consultant in charge of your account or you could liaise with the Area Branch Manager for all your after care needs.


Q9. Can we take on a candidate for trial day?

 A9.   Yes on request we do half day free trial.


Q10. When are invoices due to be paid?

 A10.   Depends on the terms so we are flexible up to 30 days.
