Our recruitment sector has an extensive range of divisions covering all 11 vital business sectors allowing us to offer candidates a variety of choice in employment.

The following document will be used to determine the potential and viability of the proposed project(s) for their development throughout the STW program. Although most of the programme is in stages it highlights the key elements that are required for each and every candidate to successfully be placed into a work on either a Temp, Temp – Perm or Permanent contract with one of our leading clients across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

This programme is designed and tailored to match the needs of anyone of ages 16 +, with candidates having options to carry out further accredited training if necessary. Candidates have the chance to present themselves in a positive and focused state ensuring the first section of the programme reflects personality, goals and potential achievements. The candidate overview will allow the allocated Absolute Services representative to work your case file from start to finish.

This pack will allow candidates to work through this programme with their allocated representative in confidence whilst adhering to our GDPR process for a period of 12 months.
